In this series we will build upon releasing the innate tension and stress patterns our bodies hold. Learn somatic practices to access the nervous system with movement, breath and mindfulness. Discover the power of the Vagus Nerve and how profoundly it can change your perspective.
This registered class series will allow you to safely
explore your body and emotions while developing
various tools such as:
Movement that supports connection to mind and body
Breathing techniques to regulate the nervous system
Mindfulness practices to explore self-acceptance
No requirement that you self disclose.
Will accommodate all levels of practice.
Experience a state of grounded, connected empowerment.

A Trauma Conscious, Body Based Path to Emotional Balance with Stacey Madden

Mindful Somatic Movement and Yogic Awareness practices gently coordinates our Body with our Mind and emotions. Anxiety and Depression can derail our lives, leaving us exhausted, in physical pain, worried and out of attunement with others.


This class series fosters:


Mindful 'bottom-up' experience of the body as the foundation of the healing process.

Movement to create greater capacity for self-regulation and increased resilience

Explore safe body awareness, somatic presence, organic movement, insight/self-understanding, active meditation and expression.

Wear comfortable clothing, a mat and water. No previous yoga experience required.


Stacey Madden – I utilize Therapeutic Somatic Modalities (Clinical and Essential Somatics), Hatha and Energy Medicine Yoga & Stress Reduction Meditation Practices, Conscious Breathwork and Subtle Body Theory to assist you in remembering and reorganizing yourself on all levels of being for greater health and wholeness.

Pelvic Floor Health and Wellness

Safe and stable pelvic floor health: Trauma informed somatic yoga for a healthy relationship with all parts of your being.


This workshop is a movement based exploration of the connection between three diaphragms (crevice-thoracic, respiratory, and pelvic) and how their intersectional systems influence Pelvic Floor health.


Trauma informed yoga is yoga that takes into consideration the background and experience of the individual and makes real time adaptation and modification for the health and well-being benefits of the individual. Not all yoga is trauma informed and sensitive, just like not all yoga is therapeutic. Trauma informed practice allows us to make our classrooms and practices safe spaces for individuals to heal, recover and connect.
