Whatever your needs may be, I am here to offer support. Mindful Somatic Wellness is a process of growth and self-discovery. In my sessions I promote behavioral transformation by utilizing the Body-to-Brain connection to foster emotional regulation and resilience through movement and awareness.
I utilize my training and certifications in Somatic Experiencing, Mental Health Counselling and Yoga Meditation Therapies.
