Director of Mindful Somatic Wellness, a registered Somatic Movement Educator & certified Body-Mind Therapist based in Calgary Alberta - here to guide you through life’s most complex and difficult matters. I truly care about my clients’ well-being and offer evidence based, heart centred services catered to their needs.
I am certified to practice in the fields of Somatic Experiencing (ADV), Movement for Trauma (L2), Interpersonal Neurobiology (MBI), Somatic Inner Parts Work. Pelvic Floor Fascia Trainer and MindBody Therapy. I combine the sciences of both Mind and Body through various therapeutic Somatic Modalities (Clinical and Essential Somatics), Hatha and Energy Medicine Yoga & Stress Reduction Meditation Practices, Conscious Breathwork and Subtle Body Theory to assist you in remembering and reorganizing yourself on all levels of being for greater health and wholeness.
After 15 years of observing and teaching people movement and presence I hold a firm understanding that the BodyMind holds all of our beliefs and life experiences. I offer a variety of methods to build inner and outer resilience, presence and peace.
